  • 1 cup water hot
  • 23 cup oatmeal cook gently for 56 minutes
  • 1 tablespoon raisins, seedless
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup milk or low-fat yogurt

Directions

    Mix first 2 ingredients in a small pan until cooked, then add raisins, cinnamon and sunflower seeds.
