- banana peppers
- 2 qt cold water
- 1 qt white vinegar
- 1 c salt
- cloves of garlic
- Pure olive oil
Directions

1USE RUBBER GLOVES!

2Wash and dry banana peppers, remove seeds and cut into strips or rings.

3Pack firmly into jar.

4Mix the solution together.

5Place 1 or 2 cloves of garlic in each jar then pour solution over peppers.

6Remove bubbles with a knife.

7Put 1 Tbsp of pure olive oil on top of each jar and seal.

8Ready to eat in 3 to 4 weeks.
