  • 2 cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 pkg. (sleeve) Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Place pineapple in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix sugar and flour together and sprinkle over pineapple.

    Then, sprinkle the cheese over it and top with crushed crackers.

    Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
