  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, save juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Combine sugar and flour; stir in 3 tablespoons pineapple juice; add pineapple and cheese. Mix well and place into 1 quart baking dish. Combine butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle on top of pineapple mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
