- 10 pork chops, cut into chunks (remove fat and bone)
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 peppers
Directions

1Dip tomatoes and peppers into a pan of very hot grease until the skins burn loose; then remove peels and mash tomatoes and peppers.

2Brown the pork chops in about 2 tablespoons grease.

3Add tomatoes and mix when pork chops are thoroughly browned.

4Let simmer about 30 minutes.

5Add seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and chili powder).
