  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can sauerkraut
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 to 4 slices Swiss cheese

    Cook sauerkraut and brown sugar with a little water for 30 minutes;

    Place sauerkraut over corned beef;

    Place on cookie sheet in a 350° oven until cheese melts.
