Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 sticks melted butter or margarine
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Stir first 6 ingredients together.

    Add flour; beat well. Spoon into greased muffin pans.

    Bake at 350° until browned top and bottom.

    If you don't bake all at once, store in airtight container in refrigerator.

    Will keep a week.
