Ingredients
- 3 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
- 2 c. scalded milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (put with 1 c. water to dissolve yeast)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. Crisco
- 2/3 c. sugar (salt, Crisco and sugar dissolved in scalded milk)
- 2 eggs, beaten, added to milk after it cools
- 10 or 11 c. flour
Directions

1Mix and let rise 15 minutes in a warm place after mixing. Knead lightly on a floured board and shape into balls.

2Place in oiled pan and let rise until double in bulk, usually about an hour.

3Bake 15 minutes in 375° oven.
