Ingredients
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. hot water
- 3 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 c. unsifted plain flour
- 2 whole eggs, beaten
Directions

1Heat first 4 ingredients in saucepan.

2Set aside and cook until lukewarm.

3Mix next 3 ingredients and let this yeast mixture set until yeast is dissolved.

4Place 6 cups unsifted flour in large bowl.

5Pour all ingredients over flour and stir with spoon.

6Add beaten eggs.

7Mix well with spoon (not mixer).

8Dough will keep in refrigerator for 5 to 8 days.

9Roll out and shape rolls as desired.

10Let rolls rise until doubled in size.

11Bake at 350° until brown.
