- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix yeast and water; add to dry ingredients.

2Add buttermilk and mix like biscuit dough.

3Fold out and cut like biscuits.

4Melt in bottom of pan and dip biscuits in melted butter (I use 1 stick of butter).

5Fold in half and place close together in pan.

6Bake 15 or 20 minutes at 425°.
