- 2 pkg. yeast
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Stir until real stiff. Turn onto floured board and knead until smooth.

2(One or two cups of flour may be used for kneading.)

3Turn into greased bowl; let rise 1 hour (30 minutes, quick rise).

4Punch down.

5Make rolls or loaf.

6Let rise 1 hour (30 minutes, quick rise).

7Bake at 350° for 15 to 30 minutes.
