- 2 (14 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. cilantro leaves
- 1 medium jalapeno, minced
Directions

1Drain liquid from 1 can of tomatoes.

2Pour into blender or food processor.

3Pour entire contents of the other can into liquid from previous can of tomatoes.

4Add onion, salt, garlic salt, cilantro leaves and jalapenos; blend well.

5Add the tomatoes from the drained can; blend just slightly to break up the tomatoes into pieces.

6Pour sauce into container and chill.

7Will last for a couple of weeks in refrigerator.
