- 12 jalapeno peppers
- 1 large onion
- 4 Tbsp. ground garlic
- 1/4 c. pickling salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
Directions

1Mix and bring to boil.

2Cook about 30 minutes or until desired thickness.

3Put in sterilized jars, seal and process in hot water canner 10 minutes.
