- 1 1/2 qt. seeded and chopped hot red peppers
- 1 1/2 qt. peeled and sliced onions
- 2 qt. distilled vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Directions

1Place peppers, onions and vinegar in large pot.

2Cook over medium heat until peppers and onions are soft (30 minutes). Remove solids and pulse in blender.

3Add liquid and stir to blend thoroughly.

4Season with salt to taste and store in covered jars or bottles.
