- 4 bell peppers
- 4 medium onions
- 3 Tbsp. sugar (heaping)
- 3 Tbsp. canning salt
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Dice tomatoes; grind everything up in blender.

2Cook over medium heat for 1 1/2 hours.

3Pour into sterile canning jars and seal.

4After opening jar, store in refrigerator.
