Ingredients

  • 24 medium ripe tomatoes
  • 16 hot peppers
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 4 medium onions
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar (heaping)
  • 3 Tbsp. canning salt
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

    Dice tomatoes; grind everything up in blender.

    Cook over medium heat for 1 1/2 hours.

    Pour into sterile canning jars and seal.

    After opening jar, store in refrigerator.
