  • 10 oz. finely grated medium sharp Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 lb. hot sausage (room temperature)

Directions

    Mix Bisquick, sausage and cheese.

    Roll rounded teaspoonful of dough into a ball.

    Makes about 100 biscuits.

    Bake 20 minutes at 375°.

    Serve warm.
