- 2 lb. cod fillets
- 8 oz. French dressing
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 c. light mayonnaise
- 1 c. milk
- 10 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
- 8 crushed Ritz crackers, tossed in 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Cut fish into bite-sized pieces and marinate in dressing 2 hours.

2Add celery and mushrooms to fish.

3Mix mayonnaise, milk and grated cheese.

4Combine all ingredients, except crackers.

5Place in casserole.

6Cover with crumbs.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
