  • 2 lb. cod fillets
  • 8 oz. French dressing
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 c. light mayonnaise
  • 1 c. milk
  • 10 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 8 crushed Ritz crackers, tossed in 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Cut fish into bite-sized pieces and marinate in dressing 2 hours.

    Add celery and mushrooms to fish.

    Mix mayonnaise, milk and grated cheese.

    Combine all ingredients, except crackers.

    Place in casserole.

    Cover with crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
