- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can small shrimp
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. slivered almonds
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
Directions

1Mix cream cheese and cream of potato soup.

2Add shrimp, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.

3Blend until smooth.

4Spread 1/2 of shrimp mixture into bottom of buttered deep dish pie pan. Sprinkle with almonds and half of grated cheese.

5Add remaining shrimp mixture.

6Sprinkle remaining Cheddar cheese on top.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

8Great with crackers or potato chips.

9Best when served hot.
