- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. chicken bouillon (dried)
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, combine cheese, milk, butter, bouillon and nutmeg.

2Cook and stir over low heat until thickened.

3Stir in spinach; heat.

4Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
