  • 2 Tablespoons margarine
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup evaporated skimmed milk
  • 3 ounces light process cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
