  • 8 medium yellow squash, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
  • 1 roll pasteurized process garlic cheese
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimiento
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced (optional)

Directions

    Cook squash and onion together until tender.

    Drain well.

    Add soup and cheese.

    Add drained, chopped pimiento and pepper.

    Serve hot.
