- 1 (8 oz.) Brick cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
- 2 boxes or frozen bags cheese tortellini
- 1 box frozen spinach
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 1 small can Milnot milk
Directions

1Boil the tortellini for 8 minutes.

2Melt 1 stick butter and saute mushrooms and spinach.

3Sprinkle with garlic powder to taste.

4Melt 1 sticks butter and 2 cheeses. Add milk and cook until creamy. Drain tortellini and mix everything together.

5Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
