  • 1 (8 oz.) Brick cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 boxes or frozen bags cheese tortellini
  • 1 box frozen spinach
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 small can Milnot milk

Directions

    Boil the tortellini for 8 minutes.

    Melt 1 stick butter and saute mushrooms and spinach.

    Sprinkle with garlic powder to taste.

    Melt 1 sticks butter and 2 cheeses. Add milk and cook until creamy. Drain tortellini and mix everything together.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
