  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients together, then stir in the mayonnaise.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Brown the Ritz crumbs in the margarine, then spread the crumbs over the vegetable mixture.

    Bake in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbling.
