- 2 cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Mix the first 4 ingredients together, then stir in the mayonnaise.

2Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish.

3Brown the Ritz crumbs in the margarine, then spread the crumbs over the vegetable mixture.

4Bake in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbling.

5Serves about 8 to 10.
