  • 1 11/16 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • ground cinnamon for sprinkling

    Chop the white chocolate.

    In a saucepan, heat the milk, ginger and cinnamon sticks.

    In a jar, add cornstarch to a little of the warmed milk.Close jar and shake to combine.

    Whisk into the milk mixture.

    Add the white chocolate and stir until melted and mixture thickens.

    Serve in mugs and sprinkle with powdered cinnamon.
