- 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. red pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasonings
Directions

1Split wings at each joint and discard tips; pat dry.

2Mix wings, red pepper and poultry seasonings.

3Deep fry at 400° for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy; drain.

4Combine hot sauce and butter.

5Dip wings in sauce to coat completely.

6Serve with celery and Blue cheese dip.
