  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. red pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasonings

Directions

    Split wings at each joint and discard tips; pat dry.

    Mix wings, red pepper and poultry seasonings.

    Deep fry at 400° for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy; drain.

    Combine hot sauce and butter.

    Dip wings in sauce to coat completely.

    Serve with celery and Blue cheese dip.
