  • 2 cups Olive Oil
  • 6 Tablespoons Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cups Molasses
  • 1/2 cups Corn Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Anchovy Paste
  • 3 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Celery Salt
  • 10 whole Chicken Wings
  • Ranch Or Blue Cheese Dressing, To Serve

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Blend oil, Tabasco sauce, garlic, vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, anchovy paste, fish sauce, cayenne and celery salt for sauce in a blender.

    Arrange chicken wings in a casserole dish. Spread sauce evenly on wings. Heat for 35 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

    Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese. Reuse leftover sauce from the casserole dish for dipping.
