- 2 pkg. dry yeast (quick or regular)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 c. flour
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Mix together yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and water. Set aside. Combine milk, margarine, 3 tablespoons sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add to yeast mixture.

2Add flour and form into soft ball.

3Let rise 15 minutes.

4Knead 20 times on a floured board. Form into rolls for 9 x 13-inch pan or muffin pan.

5Let rise 15 minutes. Bake at 350° for 15 to 17 minutes.
