- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves finely diced
- 1 tablespoon tahini paste
- 150 milliliters cold water
- salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- olive oil drizzle
Directions

1In a food processor, add the chickpeas, cumin, lemon zest, garlic cloves, tahini, water, and salt. Blend until smooth. If it seems too thick, add water 1 tablespoon at time until reaching desired consistency.

2Serve with paprika sprinkled on top and a drizzle of olive oil.
