- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzos (chickpeas)
- 1/2 c. tahini paste
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- pinch of coriander
- salt to taste
- pita bread, warmed and cut into triangles
Directions

1Mince garlic in food processor.

2Add garbanzos, tahini, lemon juice, water, olive oil, salt and cumin.

3Blend until smooth.

4Add lemon juice or water if too thick.

5Transfer to serving dish and garnish with olives, chopped red onion and chopped tomato.

6Use pita triangles for dipping.
