- 13 cup lemon juice
- 18 cup tahini
- 18 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
Directions

1Drain chickpeas reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid.

2Place all ingredients in a food processor.

3Process until all ingredients are smooth.

4Add a little of the reserved liqid from the chickpeas and process again.

5Add more liquid if thinner consistency is desired.
