  • 12 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 2 lemons, juice of
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

    Drain chick peas, reserving 1/2 cup of liquid.

    Combine all ingredients in blender.

    Blend until all ingredients are smooth, adding the liquid if needed to thin.
