- 2 lemons, juice of
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Drain chick peas, reserving 1/2 cup of liquid.

2Combine all ingredients in blender.

3Blend until all ingredients are smooth, adding the liquid if needed to thin.

4Drizzle with olive oil.
