  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
  • 3 tablespoons rounded tahini paste
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro (fresh)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 14 fresh red pepper, blackened
  • 12 jalpeno pepper, diced
  • 12 fresh lemon, juiced
  • 14 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in food processor, except olive oil to form a smooth paste.

    Slowly Drizzle extra virgin olive oil into mixture until smooth and creamy.
