  • 1/4 tahini or peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. hot water
  • 1 (19 oz./540 ml) can chick peas, drained
  • chopped fresh parsley (optional)
