  • 1 A blender (Magic Bullet works well-
  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans
  • 1/2 Lemon, well squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic (bottled, chopped)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 A small slice of red pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 1 Chili Pepper
  • 1 Tahini
  • 1 Pita chips or Carrots

Directions

    Drain a can of garbanzo beans and pour into blender

    1/2 of a lemon- roll to release juices before cutting, then squeeze directly into the blender

    Add a tiny bit of garlic

    Add salt, red pepper, olive oil, and water

    Blend and serve with chips
