- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2/3 c. yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- juice of 1 fresh lemon
- salt and fresh ground pepper
Directions

1Put chickpeas into food processor along with the olive oil, yogurt, garlic and lemon juice.

2Blend until smooth.

3If you want it a little thinner, blend in chicken stock at this time.

4Add pepper to taste.

5Serve with pita bread, cut into triangles and toasted.
