  • 10 ea cloves of fresh garlic
  • 03 tsp kosher salt
  • 01 can #10 chick-peas, drained and (save the juice)
  • 01 can 15oz tahini paste
  • 01 cup fresh lime juice
  • 01 cup olive oil
  • 02 cups of the juice from chick peas

Directions

    On a food processor, add garlic and pulse until chopped; add chick-peas and pulse 10 times; add lime juice, olive oil, chick-pea juice and pulse to incorporate; add salt and tahini paste; pulse again to incorporate; final product should be with great texture, do not over do it.
