- 3 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 4 ounces, weight Hummus
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350F.

2Slice each chicken breast in half.

3Mix together the remaining ingredients.

4Spread some of the hummus mixture inside each chicken breast, fold the halves closed, then spread some on top of each chicken breast.

5Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and put it into the oven.

6Bake until the chicken is cooked thoroughly, about 50-60 minutes.
