- 3 Tbsp. tahini paste
- 1 clove garlic
- dash of Tabasco
- 1 pkg. pita bread, toasted and cut into wedges
- tomato slices (optional)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in blender just until blended.

2Do not puree.

3Place in serving platter.

4Surround with pita wedges and serve.
