Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp greek plain yogurt
  • 4 tbsp garlic (minced from the jar)
  • 3 tbsp tahini OR 4 of creamy peanut butter (trust me)
  • 4 tbsp cilantro paste
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 can chick peas

Directions

    rinse n drain peas till bubbles dissipate

    place all ingredients into blender n mix till paste-like texture.

    (optional) top with olive oil n chopped black olives and/or pine nuts, dried roasted tomatoes or red peppers.
