  • 4 cans chickpeas, put through blender
  • 1 small clove garlic (for each can chickpeas)
  • 1 pt. jar tahini
  • juice of 3 to 4 lemons
  • salt and white pepper
  • dash of garlic salt

Directions

    Add garlic to chickpeas.

    Blend well.

    Ingredients may be cut in half.

    Use mixer to blend all ingredients.

    Serve with pita bread or crackers.
