- 1 small clove garlic (for each can chickpeas)
- 1 pt. jar tahini
- juice of 3 to 4 lemons
- salt and white pepper
- dash of garlic salt
Directions

1Add garlic to chickpeas.

2Blend well.

3Ingredients may be cut in half.

4Use mixer to blend all ingredients.

5Serve with pita bread or crackers.
