  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup roasted red pepper hummus
  • 1 cup roasted red bell peppers; medium dice
  • 2 packages dried onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large pinches of salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Form a loaf on a sheet tray.

    Bake at 300 for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 155
