- 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- None None pine nuts, to garnish
- None None pita bread and fresh vegetables, to serve
Directions

1In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, cumin and lemon juice. Puree until smooth, adding water to thin if necessary. Season. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with pine nuts.
