- 2 lb. stew meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. beef broth
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
Directions

1Put all meat, onion, potatoes, carrots, peas, garlic, parsley and green pepper in crock-pot.

2Mix together broth, paprika, salt and tomatoes.

3Pour over top.

5Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
