  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips

Directions

    Put all meat, onion, potatoes, carrots, peas, garlic, parsley and green pepper in crock-pot.

    Mix together broth, paprika, salt and tomatoes.

    Pour over top.
