- 1 large onion
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco
- knife tip of sweet Hungarian paprika
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. meat, cubed
- salt
- pepper
- caraway seed
- 1 potato
- shell pasta
Directions

1Brown onion in a large frying pan in Crisco. Add paprika, green pepper and carrot.

2Add meat to pan and let it simmer until tender, covered.

3Stir it with a wooden spoon.

4You may add a potato (quartered) with some water to pan or boil shell pasta and add to pan.

5Season with salt, pepper and caraway seed.
