- 1 medium head cabbage, grated
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. water
- 8 oz. wide noodles, broken into small squares
Directions

1In a large frying pan, saute the onion in oil until golden. Add cabbage, water, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and let simmer until cabbage is tender, 15 minutes.

2Add water until tender, if needed. Cook noodles. Drain and add to cabbage.

3Mix well and fry 10 to 15 minutes more.
