  • 2 cafe c. rice
  • 1 lb. minced pork or 1/2 beef and 1/2 pork
  • 1 (12 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 middle-big size onion
  • 1 dl. (0.176 pt.) cooking oil
  • salt
  • water
  • red paprika
  • black pepper

Directions

    Cook the rice in the salt water.

    When it becomes soft, filter and put away.

    (In the water you can put a little filed down onion.)
