- 1 medium onion, peeled, sliced, separate into rings
- 1 lb. green peppers, cleaned, sliced
- 3/4 lb. tomatoes, peeled, quartered
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. Hungarian sweet paprika
- dash of cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Heat oil in heavy skillet.

2Add onion; cook over moderate heat until wilted.

3Add green peppers; cook until crisp tender.

4Add remaining ingredients; cook covered over low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Taste for seasoning.
