  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    In greased casserole dish, grate potatoes, onion, carrots and cheese.

    Pour in soup and milk.

    Mix together well. Dot top with butter. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours (uncovered).
