  • 2 lb. beef stew meat, trimmed of fat
  • 1 can undiluted French onion soup
  • 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Just dump all the ingredients together in a casserole dish and bake at 325° for about 2 1/2 hours.

    (Meat will be very tender.) Serve over rice.
