  • 7 lb. beef stew meat
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 potatoes
  • 12 carrots
  • 8 celery stalks
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. Minute rice
  • 1 lb. frozen corn
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • salt and pepper

    Melt margarine in a 14-inch Dutch oven.
